I've always known that my path would involve running my own business, I currently run my own short term rental company alongside a partnership. I’m incredibly grateful for the life I’m living now. My name is Terence and I’m the founder of Live Luxe Pty Ltd, a real estate holding company with a portfolio of over 30 properties.

I studied data science at the University of Melbourne and have a vested interest in a variety of tech-enabled startups building solutions for short term rental companies to thrive.
